This is one of those times in the year when all the fitness fanatics are in shape… I remember last year when I went all the way to Las Vegas to take part at the Olympia. This trip was the most memorable for me and my fitness career on stage and I will never forget that experience.

It takes a lot of hard work to prepare your body to certain standards so you are able to go on stage and compete with the rest of the athletes.
One can only argue if the natural bodybuilding is a sport, science or an art!
For me is creating and reshaping your own body and looking unreal.
That moment when you are on stage and the lights are so bright almost not allowing you to see ahead, people in the audience screaming, it is your moment, your very own second of fame and recognition for all the hard work.
What if you don’t capture it-you will never go back again and be able to recreate that moment, that second on stage-
in one memorable photo on your wall to remind you about you achievement forever!!
